Canned artichoke D.O. TUDELA is the product prepared with the edible portion obtained from plants of the Cynara Scloymus L. variety, which have been grown and processed in Navarra, packaged with an appropriate governing liquid, and are characterized by not being acidic. They are placed in a hermetically sealed container and subjected to heat treatment in an autoclave that ensures the commercial sterility of the product. The hearts are its most tender part.
