Squid with onions

They are cleaned and chopped squid of the Dosidicus spp species in vegetable oil seasoned with onion, sunflower oil and salt. The body of the squid is presented, gutted, headless and without tentacles cut to uniform sizes. They are placed in an appropriate container with a covering liquid formed by oil, the container is hermetically closed and subjected to a thermal sterilization treatment that ensures the commercial sterility of the product.
