Red pepper pulp 140 g

It is the pulp of the canned pepper prepared from the whole, fresh, healthy and clean fruits of the Capsicum annum plant, chorizo pepper variety. The pepper is dehydrated and the pulp found under the skin is subsequently extracted by manually scraping the dried fruit.
The meat is placed in a hermetically sealed container and subjected to a heat treatment that ensures the commercial sterility of the product.
